Although i think we're off to a very good start here as a Yahoo group, I did
want to mention the possibility that an XXCOPY newsgroup could be hosted on
an NNTP server that is not part of the Usenet network. This is done in
connection by a number of different software vendors. Here is a list of
just a few such NNTP servers:

I don't know how complicated it might be to run an NNTP server, but I
thought I'd throw the idea out there.
