I want to use clone to back up my C dive to my D drive. I also have 
some other files and sub-dir's on my d drive which I want to retain. 
If I just use xxcopy c:\ d:\ /clone will xxcopy overwrite the other 
files and subdir's on D so that I lose them ?

Should I use xxcopy c:\ d:\cbackup /clone ?

I have read the various Tech's and could not seem to find the answer 
and I don't want to take any chances on losing the other files,etc on 
D:
