I had the same problem and to subscribe to Yahoo under another ID before I could download the file. Now I have two IDs for Yahoo. One for xxcopy for emails and the other for whatever... Other orders can be placed from any email account. It looks like the xxcopy site might have secondary email account blocking in some of its software.
