Hi, just a few comments...

With what version did directory date preservation make it in? I wasn't 
seeing it in 2.44.3.

On a 1.2MHz Athlon, I'm seeing an increase of about 5 MB/min by using /q3, 
so there's
something to be said for it.

Why does a move operation (/rcy) always end in status 100, no files to copy?
