Again, this release is related to the /X parameter.

We have been chasing this bug for some time. It was a case where the
user can see the problem all the time but we could not observe the same
thing on our systems. It really boils down to how well we communicate with
the user. Finally we saw it. Once we see a bug, it is usually easy to
nail down the bug. It took us a long time to make it happen in front of 
us. Once we saw the bug, it took less than 30 minutes to kill it. Of course,
we had to package the new version into the a file and make adjustments
to our web page, etc....

We are hoping this will be the last "bugfix release" in this
series. We normally release a bugfix release immediately after
it is completed, whereas for feature enhancements, we hold off
the release to combine a few more features so that the number of
releases would not overwhelm average users (it's hard to resist
the urge to supply the users with the latest version).

Now, we can relax a little to work on features rather than
bug fix. Fixing bugs is not glorious --- and we cannot brag about it.
