Sorry, I did not get back to your question sooner. All day
today, I have had problem receiving Email notification from this
Yahoo groups. Does anybody else have problems receiving
Emails from the Yahoo group today?

Anyway, the answer to Brad's question is NO. XXCOPY does
not support the feature equivalent to XCOPY's /O switch
(to save the ACL information) for an NTFS volume.
