You weren't clear if the SCSI drive was just something you copied from or if it is in the system now. With two IDE drives the answer is to change one from master to slave. But it looks like you have one SCSI and one IDE. In this case you should know that the SCSI controller usually has a BIOS of its own and will often get a chance to boot before the IDE. So get into the SCSI BIOS (does it say press control-A?) and see if there's an option to not boot that drive. If the SCSI's built-in it may be an option in the computer's BIOS. In the computer's BIOS under "advanced features" you should also find a "boot order" option in which SCSI is mentioned (along with CDROM and floppy...) You computer acts as though it is trying to boot the wrong drive (look at the lights?)
