It is not present with 2.56.4 which I just checked, so never mind. In regards to your answer about my question using the example xxcopy /h/i/s/e/nx/yy/rcy/nx0 c:\abc xyz Actually I was using the operation for c:\abc to d:\abc but I was trying to keep things simple. It does make sense as you describe that a copy operation that preserves the directory dates keeps the top level directory new. It does seem that for the purpose of a move (/rc) it would make sense to keep the original directory date. Maybe, although I know you don't agree, you would consider making it a "pro" option or something. By the way, when I first installed 2.56.2, it was just a simply unzip to a directory. That would have been the optimal point for a tedious "we control the scrolling" for several minutes and make you sign this type operation. Not 10 minutes later when I was in the middle of doing stuff and started to use this version of XXCOPY for the first time. I found that somewhat irritating. Thanks for all your responses. It's a great tool. Joseph Maddison Minneapolis, MN
