I use xxcopy to sync my laptop with my desktop. In order to do this with 
the new version, will I need to purchase a 2 license version of xxcopy Pro?

As this is for non-commercial use, $40 ($60 for a Canuck!) seems a tad steep.

You have any licensing deals for non-commercial use?
