This release is a bug fix release so everybody should get this
one. The bugs are relatively minor but we want to correct
the problem.

This version fixed two bugs both of which are related the file
attributes.

1. The recent beta test versions were not treating the hidden
and system files as they were. XXCOPY v2.55.1 or newer
versions had this problem which is now fixed.
(Since this bug made XXCOPY to include more files than
it should rather than not copying enough, the impact
was not as severe as the other way around.)

2. The treatment of the Archive bit on /K and /K0 was not
exactly how XCOPY treats them. Now, XXCOPY's behavior
is exactly the same as XCOPY with respect to the way
the Archive bit is set. Since the Archive bit is not
terribly important in most cases, this bug was not
discovered sooner.
