That StorCase sounds expensive, though I could not find a price anywhere. For me, I liked the removable "HotDock" drives that HiVal offered (until they went under). They never could "hot dock", but cold docking worked great. They also had enough room to allow an internal Zip drive to be mounted in one . They were somewhat expensive, though, and now almost impossible to find. Now, I use a no-name removable drive called "Mobile Rack". It comes in IDE DMA66 as well as SCSI versions. For $15, you get the mounting bay and one case. It's hard to believe. The only disappointment is that the cases are not big enough to allow my internal Zip drive to live in one. If you're interested, check them out under http://www.nanosys1.com/ -> accessories, look for Removable Hard Drive Kit at the bottom. They each take a full 5.25" external bay. General NanoSystems is a local Minneapolis company that seems to do a good and honest job, but if you can find the drive bays anywhere else, go for it. Joseph Maddison Minneapolis, MN
