Have you considered using VMWare to create virtual installations of the various operating systems that you need to test? I have a 450 Mhz laptop with Windows 2000 as the base OS but I have NT 4 and 98 in a "virtual" machine. I am able to move between three different operating systems with the click of a mouse. Also, when I upgrade or reinstall my machine, I copy one file for each installation and I am finished. I still use the multi-boot scenario's for recovery purposes but for testing, the VMWare sessions work perfect. You can even install other operating systems such as Linux or Netware. Not sure where XP will fit in but I'm sure they will get there eventually. rotaiv.
