If I understand you, you have replaced the boot files on the Win95a system
with the boot files from the fat32 system, which may account for the failure
to boot.

I recommend booting the Win95a system with a win95a boot floppy and then
typing

SYS C:

which sould restore the boot files and allow it to boot.
