Subject  :  how do I prevent warning message on /clone

I am trying to use xxcopy to keep a backup directory of data files 
only on another folder on another system.

I would like this to runautomatically at night, the /clone switch 
seems to meet all my needs but how do I stop it prompting the 
following warning message each time and hence delay.

"Warning: make sure the Destination (D:\quicktax) is correct.
Press Ctrl-C to abort, any other key to begin copying file(s)."
