Dear Colin: If you want to have the latest one to be in the flattened destination directory, I suggest the use of /SGNo (the last character is a lowercase OH rather than zero --- but XXCOPY switches are case-insensitive). My suggestion for you is: xxcopy \src\ \dst\ /SGNo /RC /ED /PD0 /SGNo ignores if the file has the same or older timestamp than what is in the destination already. It overwrites only when the file is newer than what is already there.
