Subject  :  In Win98SE I can't open xxcopy...

Does anyone know (maybe Ken) how to install xxcopy into win98se? I 
want to copy my original HDD and load to a new one that will replace 
the old drive C. 
I DL'd the file onto my desktop, then clicked it. An error says "not 
a valid registry file."
What to do?
