You don't need XXCOPY to do this, fine though it is, and it certainly can do this once we figure out the right set of switches (or Kan tells us). Otherwise, simply go to Windows Explorer at the top level of where your mp3's are and use Ctrl-F, Find Files to find *.mp3 files. Select these files from the results and then click on the Folders tab to get your folder tree back in the left pane, and then drag the files to the directory of your choice.
