Nigel: I get the message "Invalid switch (/EXexclusion.lst)" if exclusion.lst does not exist in the current working directory. Make sure your script knows exactly where exclusion.lst is. Perhaps you need to specify /EXc:\temp\exclusion.lst. Try xxcopy /?/exDOGS.TXT as an example.
