No. The floppy that you prepare using the "Quick Boot Diskette" method described in XXTB #32 is always a good thing to keep aside from the /CLONE and restore operation. I just mentioned it because it sometimes comes handy when you are doing clone/restore like operations (when something goes wrong and you cannot boot the system). But, it is not part of the restore operation. For the restore operation you want to perform, just follow my previous instructions (always copy from C: to D:, but not from D: to C: since there will be a number of files that cannot be successfully overwritten while you are inside Windows environment (whether you boot from the Quick-Boot diskette or not).
