Hi Mike,

I just started getting this message (Program too big to fit in 
memory) when I installed win2k SP3. I run a batch file to have xxcopy 
back-up certain directories to another hard drive. I do not get this 
message all the time but it seems consistant. If anyone can help it 
would be appreciated!
