Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 installation and I am upgrading to a bigger 
hard disk.

This is what I plan to do:

1. Create a new NTFS partition on the new hard disk and attach it as 
D: drive to my computer.

2. Boot into C: drive Windows 2000. From DOS window, clone all files 
(with security descriptors) from C: NTFS partition to D: partition.

3. Remove old hard disk and configure new hard disk as C:.

Would this work? There are no other hardware changes?

AND: can the /CLONE switch be used together with the /SC switch?
