Unfortunately, XXCOPY does not have the feature you are describing. We have been to this issues many times. We simply have not come up with a decent scheme to handle such a case (with a complete freedom to specify any arbitrary file name) with the frame work of the source base directory and the destination specifier (which affects the exclusion (/X) feature as well). In short, we are still in search of a decent and elegant scheme to resolves these issues.
