I downloaded the beta version 2.83.0 to see if the folder/file date 
issue was resolved. Using the /TC switch (Forensic Clone), here are 
the results I got.

FAT32 to FAT32
XXCOPY "C:\Downloads" "C:\temp\Downloads" /CLONE/TC
Folders: All dates preserved.
Files: Only LastWrite date preserved, Create and LastAccess dates 
made current date.

Fat32 to NTFS
XXCOPY "C:\Downloads" "G:\Downloads" /CLONE/TC
Folders: Only Create date preserved, LastWrite and LastAccess dates 
made current date.
Files: Only LastWrite date preserved, Create and LastAccess dates 
made current date.

Using /CLONE/TCC/TCA/TCW didn't seem to change the results either.
