Dave: Yesterday, we had a problem with our production script which inadvertently packaged a wrong executable (some earlier one with the wrong version stamp) and made it to the download server. We quickly retracted it within hours as we discovered the problem. We thought nobody did downloaded the bad file. But, apparently you did. If your XXCOPY.EXE file has a timestamp other than 2002-12-09, it is a bad one.
