Is it possible to exclude the files in the following directory?

C:\Documents and Settings\WAYNE\Local Settings\Temporary Internet 
Files

I thought this would work:
xxcopy c:\docume~1\ i:\xxcopy\c /s/bu/h/y/XTEMPOR~1\

I have tried all the variations I can think of.

OS: WindowsXP Pro 5.01
xxcopy 2.80.3
