in my (limited) experience CD-RW's written in UDF by either InCD or Direct
CD can be used for data interchange between them. The "use like a diskette"
claim works reliably for me with both XXCOPY and drag and drop but I had
unresolved failures (incompetence?) with CD-R's using Nero and Easy CD
Creator. Universal Data Format is slower and reduces disk capacity when
compared with some of the other formats used on CD's but (for me) InCD has
been a robust UDF tool.
