I have used DirectCD for a long time with no reliability/operational problems other than conflict problems when I tried Nero one time. I originally had some conflicts between DirectCD and EasyCD Creator but that was resolved b revised version of DirectCD (and that had been on was on a Pentium 90 running Win95!). Could some of the compatibility problems be related to what CD drives are used? I have been using HP CDWriter 9100 drives. Maybe Nero is more compatible than DirectCD on other types of CD drive units?
