Subject  :  Our phone line problem

Since a few days ago, the phone line in our office
is experiencing a funny problem. At first, the line had
excessive static noises. And now, the line seems cut off.
It still rings (when you dial the number, we get ringing
sound) but none of our phone units responds. We can't call
out either (no dial tone). So, somewhere within this building,
the phone line to our company's line +630-369-7112 has bee cut off.
(Since the phone is still ringing (with no answer), it
is not that we haven't paid the bill and cut off by the
phone company --- has happende a few times in our company's
past).

But, last few years, we have been gradually making our
phone lines less important to our business. Yes, some
customers insist that they send and receive Fax and we oblige.
Fax is quite obsolete in our mind.

Anyway, we are hoping to get our phone line back soon.
