If you have the skill and the tools to make a batch file which makes a big batch file which spells out everything in the form of one source file --> one destination file Then, there is little reason for you to make each line from COPY to XXCOPY. To answer your question, no, there is no mechanism for XXCOPY to take a list of input files. The power of XXCOPY comes from its rich set of switches that let you combine using some common and distinguishing features of the files involved. We strongly discourage replacing COPY by XXCOPY for no reason. If you are sick and tired of the way you organize your volume with respect to your MP3 files, you may use any of the /SG /SX, and their variations to reorganize your files. It is totally up to the user how the volume and projects are organized. XXCOPY simply provide wide range of options to manage your files.
