First thing is to not turn off your computer or do any other computer work
until you get some guidance from people. The reason for freezing any
further action is so that you don't overwrite the area where the data was
deleted. There are undelete functions but I'll defer to others how best to
use them. It may be necessary to re-boot to a floppy.
