A great advantage of XXCOPY is speed of execution. Undo would slow it down and thus be undesirable to me as the default option. I use /L with an untried line but rely on a bootable clone to recover from my mistypes and other errors. Glad to see the /ILD switch. So far I've only forgotten to plug in my second disk once and unintentionally cloned C to "was E now D". Being paranoid I clone both the primary drive and the one drive in the extended partition onto my second disk. On restarting with both disks recovery was just a clone of F back to E. That I am still using XXCOPY is a good demonstration that the programme contains lots of features to protect the error prone! Thanks Kan, hope you have a prosperous 2003.
