xxcopy 2.82.4

When I run the line -

xxcopy c:\file.exe /az

I get the error message - cannot copy within the same directory

However, if I put the file into a subdirectory and run -

xxcopy c:\sub\file.ext /az

then the file attribute is cleared in the manner expected.

Obviously I can, and am, getting round this problem by using the 
built-in command 'attrib', and therefore there is no real problem. 
Nonetheless I am curious to know whether I am making a mistake with 
xxcopy or whether there actually is a bug.
