As soon as I yanked it and reverted back to 2.82.7 the problem was solved. Had to spend a *lot* of time re-imaging partitions and re-doing backups, however. That beta version will wipe out any target with commands like I was using. It simply takes the source drive only, apparently ignoring any directory argument attached to the source drive, then clones it to the destination, overwriting the entire drive there. This girl is exhausted. What I got from this command, or any similar command: xxcopy "M:\2000 Apps\Equis72" "t:\Daily Essential\Equis72" /CLONE/YY /WV0 was this: A wiped destination (t:).
