Hi Kan, I have 2.83.4 beta freeware and tried copying a Windows 3.11 drive to new drive. xxcopy16 c:\ d:\ /clone - wouldn't work from the DOS prompt. Message: "No files were found to copy." Used 9 switches that make up clone: xxcopy16 /ks/h/e/r/q/y/bi/zy/ze -same result. Experimented with removing them one at a time and found the problem: /zy Also found that if ANY file was on the destination drive, it would work as it should. Kinda strange behavior... It's a minor thing, but I thought you might like to hear about it. "Thank you" for all that you have done with xxcopy. You certainly are diligent to detail in effort/explaination. Later, Joe
