If you want just one file, "D:\John's Documents\Everything" to the destination directory, "F:\John's Documents\" and saved as the same name (everything), then the following command works: xxcopy "D:\John's Documents\Everything" "F:\John's Documents\" If you are talking about *ALL* files inside the "D:\John's Documents\" directory, then, xxcopy "D:\John's Documents\*" "F:\John's Documents\" to include all subdirectories inside the source directory, then, add the /S switch.
