However (leaving the other portions where they were) you did not
snip the sig line, nor did you control your output line length. 
Including attributions, the result would have been the top 4 lines
of your post, and everything would make sense.

Besides coherence, bottom posting encourages (certainly doesn't
enforce) good snipping practices. At any rate, the policy here is
