I would be more nervous of NAV 'fixing' a false positive. I don't mind these things isolating for inspection and sending an alert. The dangers come when you allow Java and Javascript (or Micro$loth software) to execute, or even with image loading. HTML mail is another evil source. ZoneAlarm is an excellent firewall, and free.
