Can someone help me understand the difference between the /clone 
switch and the /bb /bi, etc. switches?

Here is what I am looking to do:

I have copied all the data from my source (A) to the destination (B) 
several days ago. I now want to syncrhonize if you will to copy all 
files that are new, missing, or changed from A to B.

What would be the best switch options for this purpose?
