I used that command (changing the source and destination specs) and added /L (don't really copy, just list what would be copied) and a number of files were listed. Your boss is smart IMO to use last access time to determine what files can safely be removed from the system. However, a lot of different things can modify it -- for example, I believe that Kan wrote once that reading the icon of a file for display in Explorer can change the last-access time. If you have backup software that modifies the "last access time" of your files, you should tell the vendor to fix it (or get some better software). Good luck.
