I think you will find that XXCOPY is more than up to the task. If you follow this thread for a while you will notice that people on this thread have backup needs that most of us would never dream of. XXCOPY is a very potent tool that can provide numerous solutions for all kinds of users. The one thing that I might suggest to you is that when you use pull out drive trays you will need more than one backup and more than one backup strategy. Certain human errors can take place and if they do you can destroy the source of your files. If you do that before a backup is completed you will be left with nothing. With a stack of pull out drives it is all too easy to reach for the wrong drive, toss it in the bay and then try to use xxcopy to back it up onto your good backup.
