It sounds like the photos are coming into the same directory where they are being stored. How about having a directory just for incoming photos so they can be copied to the other 4 servers then deposited into the final directory with all the other files. That way, you don't need clone or any other switches - simply copy every in the directory then move everything in the directory. That way, you never to have to search through all the other 1,614,203 photos just to find the one new photo that arrived. rotaiv.
