Sample filename and XXCOPY log output would help. (Are they .DAT files that are the registry?) What message does Explorer give when it doesn't copy, or do you not see them in Explorer?

Are they possibly hidden files, so you need /H?

/oN Outputs a new logfile, reporting errors (make a new log) file.

 should be replaced by the filename, normally with full path:
/oAC:\xxcopy.log
