Sample filename and XXCOPY log output would help. (Are they .DAT files that are the registry?) What message does Explorer give when it doesn't copy, or do you not see them in Explorer? Are they possibly hidden files, so you need /H? Quoting from http://www.xxcopy.com/xxcopy26.htm /oA Appends to a logfile, reporting errors.
