You can't. Even if you could, they'd be next to useless because the 
application that has them open may be changing the contents.

The only way to copy these files is to shut down the parent 
application. I'm not sure but I assume it is the Spooler service that 
controls the Print Queue. You may be able to stop the service 
with "net pause spooler", copy the files then re-start the service 
with "net start spooler".
