If a file is already opened by an application, *AND* the
application opens the file with a "no sharing" setting,
you just cannot access the file --- because the first
program which is holding the file as a say to who
the file is to be shared. Regardless of which program
opens the file, once a file is opened exclusively to
a program, no other programs can access the file.
