Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings (again) but there is
something wrong with the ISO week number algorithm.

Using /$iiii-iwk-k$ I get a few anomalies.

date ----- ISO date - Xxcopy date

2000-01-01 1999-W52-6 1999-W53-6
2009-12-28 2009-W53-1 2010-W01-1

The second example MUST be incorrect because yyyy-12-28 is
always in the last week of the year (because yyyy-01-04 is
always in the first week of the year).
