Subject  :  Using NX0 prevents SC from working

I'm am migrating an old web server to a new server and wanted to copy all 
the files plus permissions. During my testing, I noticed that when I add 
the NX0 switch, the SC switch does not work and the permissions are not 
copied. Can any one else confirm this? Is this to be expected with this 
combination of switches?
