xxcopy c:\new\ /rmdir/rsy/ed

Use "xxcopy c:\new\ /rmdir/rsy/ed/?" to get a brief explanation of 
the switches being used.

Use "xxcopy c:\new\ /rmdir/rsy/ed/L" to do a dry run and get a list 
of the files which will be deleted without anything actually being 
deleted.
