Just look at the first line of the display XXCOPY generates
for the version number.

My guess is that Dale expects XXCOPY to be like XCOPY where
the most detailed documentation is the help text that the
program spits out. With XXCOPY, the web page gives you
a lot more thorough coverage of the features (consider
the help text as a last resort when you don't have access
to the Internet). Otherwise,
