I once saw Lexun software web page with their "LexanBackup" solution which was later retracted (I was about to examine their scheme in detail because they claimed that they had a solution). But, later, their web page said the product was "unstable" and the product was apparently dropped. I wish I learned a little more of their scheme and the problems they had... I'm painfully aware that this is not a straightforward problem. We've been working on this problem in the past 3+ months. While it is true that some files (the system registry files) cannot be accessed while you run the OS. We've been trying to remove this barrier (but, not quite successful). So, the solution need to be slightly less direct (a little awkward). However, we have a formula to do that --- because it is pretty messy if we write down the steps for any one to understand, we are working on a program which will do all that need to be done. We are hoping within a few weeks, we will have something to show to this group... At least this board will be the first place that we announce the first beta test version. Stay tuned. Kan Yabumoto
