This is certainly not true on a 500MHz w/256 Meg so I don't know why it
should be so on a 300 MHz with 128 Meg. I capture video on such a PC and
can't do it with the XP Pro OS because it slows down the PC to the point
that real time capture can't take place, like it can on the 98 OS.
If you think differently then all I can say is you haven't tried it.
